Amazon

I hope this is the right place to post the following question. Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Amazon or get queries dealt with? Yesterday I had money taken from my bank account to pay for a Fire for kids type app. My 2 sons have a Kindle Fire each, of which only one is working. The one that is working requires me to enter a parental password each time he wants to get a game, even if it's a free game. Neither boy was at home yesterday as they were staying with friends and their kindle is still in the bedroom, so I'm at a loss to figure out why I've been charged for this. Any ideas?
