Been trying to sell the house for 6 months or so now but its not budging.
I have looked into renting a little bit but with using letting agents it does not make it worthwhile with their fees etc,
How easy is it to do it by yourself - is there any sites that can advise or help
thanks in advance

It is cheaper and less hassle to do it yourself.
But you must know what you are doing with regards to the law etc.
THIS WEBSITE (as well as this website) has lots of useful information and a forum to ask questions.dolce vita's stock reply templates
#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing0 -
How much is your house worth/mortgage payments? And how much rent are you expecting? It's usually better to go through an agent because of all the myriad things that can go wrong if you are naive to letting.poppy100

Don't forget that you can offset the agents fees against any tax liability from the rent you receive.0
