No contract with company. Not made redundant. No shifts availabe

Need some advice!
Working at a company 4 years doing the same part time shifts. Been told less than 24hours before my shift that they have cancelled shift and also will be cancelled for good.
I question the manager - do I still work for the company ? And - are you going to give me the same shifts on about her day?
Manager failed to answer question directly. Basically I’m working for the company but I have no shifts. And no garenty payment for the loss of my shifts!
I have no contract. Worked 4 years with company.
Feeling worried because I have bills to pay and no garanty work and pay!
Any one got any advice do I have any rights?

You do have a contract just not written out, for now - can you explore taking holiday? I know from my last written one (I am not moaning) the company reserved the right to put people on holiday when it came to quiet time. So you might get to keep money coming in.
Or, perhaps job hunt and if lucky enough, get recruiter to request references and that may speed them into doing or saying something if they really aren't listening to you.0 -
If you've worked for more than 4 years on the same hours then you are deemed a full time employee. You don't appear to be on a zero hours contract as you were given regular shift patterns. If there is no work for you and no other suitable alternative job then you are entitled to redundancy and holiday pay plus 4 weeks notice pay.
