My wife and I both banked with Nat West having separate accounts, we ignored call about ppi for years thinking we had none. My wife died in 2015 about a year later my bank told me that I my have ppi claime after initially saying no they came back with 3 claimes totalling £13,500, I have been told that I can claime on my wife account is this so I still have her account details. We both tuck out loans with Nat West over the years we banked with them for over 40 years
