Hi,
I have just been to the county court to try and claim back my bank charges. The bank requested a stay of claim and I asked for the hearing to be heard under the Social Security Administration Act 1992. The judge has awarded the stay of claim until either 1 of these 2 options that he gave me. Option 1: The claim will go ahead in early January or whenever this high court ruling is heard. Or option 2: If I can get copy of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 the hearing will be heard before this date as he will use this as evidence. I am looking for a copy of this act if somebody could help me it would be vry much appreciated.
