in IVA & DRO
Hi
I’m a new member so apologies if my posting is sketchy. I need some advice.
I completed my IVA in August 2017 and still haven’t received my completion certificate. I’ve spoken to the company who handled my IVA and they have told me that they’re still chasing PPI. I’m starting a new business in November and will struggle to open a business account without my certificate.
Has anyone any idea of of what the next steps should be?
Thank you
Janet

Speak to your IP: You can sign a document advising any further PPI will go to them, and they will or should issue your certificate.
We received ours few weeks after completion, and signing to waiver PPI claims in the future.
If IVA settled, it will be removed from your credit file 6 years after the start date, so too the defaulted accounts, so make sure you are signed up to Noddle, Clearscore, Moneyclub etc to check and see the defaults become "satisfied"
hope it comes right for you0 -
