    Yes I know spine points will be going but that pay tracker still makes it no clearer. According to that I will still be bottom of band after 3 years of being a band 6, even though it clearly states that you move up to the next pay point if yours has disappeared?

    Yep it's a shame that the unions weren't bright enough to realise this before tricking staff into voting Yes! Although I only know 1 person who admitted to voting yes. It was obvious to me that it wasn't as good as first appeared!
