I know, I should have known better...

Wife suffers terribly in hot weather, so persuaded my to buy an Artic Air cooler from mightydelas having seen them on one of the shopping channels. The device itself is not faulty that I can see, just completely not fit for the purpose sold - it prrovides no air at all even when the fan is set an maximum.

Contacted MightDeals through website, got an automatic response to email seller "Jessica@gagala.net". Fundamentally after 3 weeks of them taking 3-7 days to respond to an email, refusing to pay return postage and now completely ignoring me I am incredibly frustrated.

No response from mighty deals (contact through website get generic contact supplier email, contact through twitter ignored, poor trustpilot review did result in a request for my order number but then no further contact).

Where do I go next ? Wish I'd paid paypal because at least I could dispute but I paid by debit card.

Is chargeback my only option ?

Additionally, T&Cs at the time of writing were not a different supplier but Might Deals, and the return address is Mighty Deals registered address.

and Gagala.net is a chinese registered web domain.

I smell a rat...
