Unable to get my camera which is integral on my Laptop (Windows 10) to work on Skype (previously has)? all set up instructions are for external Webcam - can anyone help please - appreciate simple to follow steps as not computer wizz - Thank you

Have tried this - no updates available

Windows10 has probably turned camera access off.
Type camera in cortana/search and you're looking for camera privacy settings
Make sure Skype can access the camera and that camera access for this device is on

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? That sometimes fixes this type of issue even if there isn't an updated driver.

If you don't know how to do that say so and I or someone else will advise.

Camera is working - but believe it maybe down to internet speed or Skype new updated version as it's intermittent -.Thanks for help:j

I know it is about a Toshiba, but in your mind disregard that, it is the methodology you need to apply to your unbranded laptop that has no model number.
