I think you misunderstood me...
Anyway, knowing the right questions to ask is 90% of resolving anything. If you're not going to answer questions then I guess this thread is over...0 -

I second the first sentence of your signature and advise others to do likewise.
I was however going to ask what the name of this scheme is as googling doesn't bring up many options that seem to relate to your threadin S 38 T 2 F 50

And you expect people to spend time giving 'useful' answers to this thread after a response like that to someone (if you'd take the time to cast a glance at their post count, same as the contract you signed) has considerable experience on this board?
That is as useful as I am going to get, for one lol. Which is not useful at all except maybe to indicate your reading AND communication skills require some work.0 -
Too many unemployed trolls on this thread, might as well close itI strongly recommend you ignore everything I say. Investments can go up as well as down, and is purely gambling0

No one has given any useful info so far, just time wasters including you. I've asked the mods to close the thread. I'm unfollowing anyway. Goodbye trollsI strongly recommend you ignore everything I say. Investments can go up as well as down, and is purely gambling0 -

You were given a useful info, you choose to ignore it, as it wasn't the answer you were looking for.scubascuba3 wrote: »No one has given any useful info so far, just time wasters including you. I've asked the mods to close the thread. I'm unfollowing anyway. Goodbye trolls
It's simple, if you don't like the terms of the contract - don't sign it or ask for amendment to remove the terms you don't like.
The whole notion of reduced deposit is comical. It will only attract poor tenants, you know the exact same type the deposit is supposed to protect you against.0 -
I would have been weary from the start at any scheme that assumed the property required a low deposit to attract good tenants. I rather make my property look very attractive so that tenants fight over it and manage to find the deposit required.0

Sound a bit like the scheme I stumbled across recently that raises more questions than has answers.
Probably contracted to use their chosen energy supplier as part of the scheme too.
The LL explanation of the scheme is practically verbatim.
