Morning buddy,
It's all a wee tad disappointing mate that people are reacting they way they are, many threads on many forums descend into chit chat regardless of the topic but on the whole this always reverts back to currency anyway and guys who have been regulars on here like neil jackie etc have got better deals because of regular input here rather than a check in now and again and with a bit of humour it makes working life go a wee bit smoother.
The sticky doesn't overly worry me, yes it's a bit of a pain to find now but if thats it then thats it.

[08:52 GBP/USD: 1.53 Handle Reclaimed pre-BoE Inflation Report] London, May 13.
Cable has reclaimed a 1.53 handle after pushing its recovery envelope from an intra-day low of 1.5242, amid talk of Reserve Manager buying. This ahead of the 09:30GMT publication of the Quarterly BoE Inflation Report, and ensuing press
conference from BoE Governor Mervyn King.
1.5331 (early Europe intra-day high & yesterday"s post-UK jobs data peak), 1.5354 (yesterday"s post-US trade data four-month top) and 1.5374 (2009 top, Jan 8) are sterling resistance levels. Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

does that site give reasons for sudden currency movements, or information that may effect rates in the future? Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

im not against threads for chit chat about finanical topics, but why go through the over seas holiday and travel thread? there must be a business section on the MSE website? i want to look on this thread to see who and where to get the best rate for my holiday money not a couple on posters chatting abck and forth where to invest £30k, then slagging one of cause they like pizza!
to some people it can be quiet intimadating and i for one dont have a clue what most of the post are about.lets just keep it light, for holiday makers, who want to know about us$ tourist rates, as the thread title is about that.0 -

No, but does it really matter, all people need to know is the actual rate at the moment, anything else is based on pure speculation anyway.
It gives accurate rates that are updated frequently.0 -

The thread title is " US ($) Currency Thread" which is on the whole what gets discussed here so we discuss what the title says. What is the problem?
