  • i still can't find that bloody leak on the underfloor heating.

    i've now got 4 labours smashing the !!!!!! out of the floor screed.

    i told them to be careful so they don't damage any more pipes, so they got the smallest hammer they had,
    it just happens to be a sledge hammer. :eek:

    LONDON, April 6 - Sterling trimmed gains against the dollar on Monday, hitting a session low, as equities turned lower.

    Sterling fell to a session low of $1.4847 <GBP=>, according to Reuters data, though it remained up slightly on the day. Gains on stock markets had earlier taken the pair to a two-month high of around $1.4958.

    Traders also noted that sterling's falls against the dollar extended as it went through stops at $1.4880.

    UK equities fell 1 percent as futures indicated Wall Street shares were set to open down.

    no, just a bit of selling as US stocks look as though they will move lower at the 2.30pm open
    people probably locking in profit after todays big highs.

    one step at a time chaps

    trading at 1.4840 right now
    still higher than friday's close....
