what does 200k buy you out there? i've always thought about moving abroad. i looked at aus a couple of years ago, you could get a brand new 4 bed detached house with swimming pool double garage, fully furnished for £150k, about 20 miles outside sydney.0

after all the build up and excitement of the rate cut, its all gone very flat this afternoon
