Redundancy ?

Hi all, I’m new to the forums and came across them when searching for advice. I have just lost my job after 3 years as the lady I work for is closing her company (its just the two of us there) She gave me 3 weeks notice. I have just received an email from her to say she has marked me as a leaver with HMRC and no mention of any redundancy pay which I believe I would be entitled to? Can anyone please give me any advice as to how to proceed or who to contact for the best advice. I live in a very small community and really don’t want things to be awkward as I will see my old boss around frequently so need to know the best way forward. Thanks in advance.

Just ask for the redundancy money.

what was your contractual notice?

What about accrued unused holiday?
