Composite sink cleaner?

Does anyone have experience with cleaning composite sinks? I have a new black one, and I've seen specialist cleaning products and read that you can just use soapy water, non adbrasive sponges or brushes and a vinegar solution for tougher marks and limescale.
I am in a hard water area.
Your experience appreciated! I don't mind buying something if it's worthwhile.

Mine is 10 years old now and has some paler patches which no amount of cleaning will shift, could be damage from washing up bowl or maybe limescale? However I find that rubbing in olive oil after cleaning will restore the blackness for a while. It doesn't last for ever but at least it keeps it looking good. Baby oil would probably work just as well.0
