i had a email this morning off play.com saying they have sent out my item, last december i ordered a tour of manchester united football ground to which i used Now they are sending another 1 out they said they have already took the money out of my card,has anyone else had this problem i tried to phone them it just says they are not avalible, thanks

Phone your credit card ask them if the transaction has appeared and tell them it was unauthorised.

I suppose legally they are sending you unsolicited goods, so you are legally allowed to keep it, it becomes your property.

Look on the front of the credit card, and if it says "HSBC" then ring HSBC (google number!), if it says "Natwest" phone natwest...

If you have more than 1 credit card, do you remember which one you originally paid with??

Then use Saynoto0870 to find a cheaper alternative number or a free 0800 number to use

well i have just looked at my bank account and i dont seem to have been charged so i dont know what the hell is going on thanks wig for these numbers i will keep them
