TSB 'lost' my 5K for two months - compensation claim

Long story short... from April to June TSB 'lost' 5k that I withdraw from sports trading platform Smarkets to my account. (See my other thread for details)
Now I would like to file a compensation claim as it prevented me from profiting for two months of time (I do matched betting).
How can I assess the amount that would be reasonable to state in my claim? Prior to money disappearing, I was making £2k a month on average...
Also, what sort of evidence would I need to back my claim up? Also, I can go down CCs interests route as I have quite a few of them and technically I could have wanted to pay these cards off but them losing my money meant interest charges...
