    Nope!
They may call back but they will hang up if you answer, they will only ever speak to your answer machine its just a "heart stopper" just like getting two of everything on your scratchcard! they will chip away at your curiosity just to get you to call they're premium rate number, you would be amazed at just how many people fall for it.

    - if they wanted you to call them back they could use a 2p a minute number. The fact that they are using a 150p a minute number means that they are taking part in a competition for mugs wanted. Will you make their day?

As said before there is too much of this going on now..the doors are all closing to the scammers now so they are looking for other loopholes to fleece us of our well earned money. I have had this quite a lot recently and I am ex-directory and registered with T.P.S.(telephone preference agency) The only thing I can think of is I've been giving my phone number out for communications on the internet and so the number must be getting passed on this way. I just put the phone down now as soon as I hear Congratulations by an automated person.

I've never had one of those phone calls, I want one, just so I can put the phone down and have a good laugh. 1a_y_grin.gif
