Hi
Please, can someone help identify what this plant is. I bought them from Morrisons, and planted them in my previous house -- they where difficult to grow (infact one died off) but I moved the remaining one and it seemed to do well.

So we moved, and I took it with me - however it did not survive - but I really liked them you get red berries towards the winter, however I cannot remember what they are called (and I don't think that Morrisons sell them again)

Can someone help me identify them

Thanks in Advance

Looks like a Jerusalem Cherry to me. They're usually grown as houseplants (but they can go outdoors in the summer). If it is this, don't eat the berries - they're poisonous.

If you like these, they're quite easy to propagate - either get the seeds from the berries once they have withered, or take stem cuttings round about February. I use them for winter basket arrangements and go for cuttings - ready for the baskets in a couple of years. If you want them to grow bigger, prune them around the same time you take cuttings and you'll get a lot of new growth. They're quite easy to look after, but don't keep them outside all year - or at least protect them from any frost.
