SCS private parking

1994!
Hi, I’ve gone through a few threads but I can’t really find any answers or anyone who has similar story to me. I was issued two parking charge notices last year, one was for £60 and then I was given another one for £100 for being in there for too long which I had evidence at the time of times I had come out! Which I refused to pay as times didn’t match up, there is also no CCTV in car park which I was in.
I obviously have received letters over the past few months from debt recovery collectors etc threatening you with payments court etc. I then received a letter from CSC law last week, which they have now given me a full payment of £320 and I have 14 days to pay.
I’ve looked into CSC law and I’ve been told not to pay them or contact them. Has anyone else had to deal with CSC? and what is the best thing I can do? As I’m in between two Mind. Ideally I am not willing to give in and lose the fight!!
Any advice or help?

SCS private parkingI then received a letter from CSC law
To whom do the letters tell you to pay the charge?
Which parking company is involved? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you have used your real name, you might want to email the admin team to get it changed to something anonymous, as, if this goes further and you reveal details of the parking event, the PPC's who monitor the forum might gain advantage from something you write.0

The Newbies Sticky covers your situation completely...?
Have you read it?
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

From The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
Answering some fundamental questions, posted over 10 hours ago (see post #2), might help us move this on quickly, rather than twiddle our thumbs waiting while the OP is faffing about over their username. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
