    Have had TWO phone calls from them, and an email, :eek:
    Very nice lady, name of Jillian is dealing with it and keeping me updated with whats happening :)
    At least the've replied this time without me phoning them :rolleyes:


    Still waiting to see what will happen, asked me wether there was any paperwork or details with delivery of the laptop or any sort of notification from tesco/comp :confused:
    I never had any notification from the comp runners about winning it, the first i knew was when it was delivered :rolleyes:
    Inside the box there wasn't any paperwork or details saying where it was from :confused:
    I Have been reading right through this thread and noticed some of you didn't get any either :rolleyes:
    oh well, will wait now for another reply from them, :)

    After all this time,tesco has finally help me sort it out, they contacted acer, Acer arranged for the laptop to be returned to them, (no charge to me) (i should think not :rotfl: )
    And apparently it was a fault in the laptop, have now got it back, working perfectly, :j

    (just goes to show, you got to keep at them if your'e not happy ! )
