What kind of problems have you had exactly? I won one too and I don't think mine's 100% either, although dh keeps making me paranoid insisting that it's operater error :rolleyes:

I have to practically bash a couple of the keys with a mallet to get them to work, and then sometimes when I'm typing something the type mysteriously starts appearing in the middle of what I've already written, iyswim...

Did you have anything like that, or is it really just me?!?

hi moomimamma, mine just keeps freezing up all the time, screen goes blank, etc, have been told it the fault lies in the motherboard or the CPU :rolleyes:

have rang this number this time, (the freephone one) and explained (again) the problems,

they've promised to ring me back this monday :rolleyes: but if they don't i'm just going to keep on at them until somethings sorted :rolleyes:
I'm sorry yours is playing up as well, if you decide to ring them and explain your probs to them they'll need your clubcard no. name, etc, (i've also copied out the comp details & winners name etc) hope you get yours sorted, i don't think it's you, sounds like another one that must be a bit iffy ! :rolleyes:

I am having the same problems as moominmamma, it has crashed a few times but Im not too worried about that, but the problem with the typing jumping is driving me nuts!!

Hmm, must admit it was doing that with mine just a bit, but it kept crashing that many times i never had a chance to finish off what i was tying
Maybe there's more people out there who won one and are having probs as well ? I know of a few that got one, but thiers are ok, so up to now it seems 3 good'uns and 3 iffy ones :eek:

have had to email all the details again & phone again,:rolleyes:

Maybe one day they will sort it out
