Car hire Loyalty Schemes

Can car hire companies decide without due notice to withdraw their loyalty scheme. I have lost all the benefits accured just out of the blue. I have been using them for the last two years. Any help appreciated.

    Check the ts and cs. It's all down to these. It's a contract like any other.
