Non-Settled non-mail order accounts?

I did an Experian credit check and one of my negatives was "You have no settled non-mail order accounts."

Would this refer to my mobile phone bill or something? I've being going through my credit to find out if I have missed payments .

What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?
Thank you

It doesn't refer to anything and doesn't need fixing.

It means you haven't had a loan or credit card and closed it. You don;t need to, so nothing to fix.

Continue to manage your credit responsibly.
