So, Aviva have written to me saying whatcha gonna do with your 3 pensions of approx £11,000.00 in value. (Yes they could have been biggr, I'm crap with money)
Well, I haven't finished paying this mortgage by a long stretch, (2 re-motrgages in 17 years) so will keep on working for now.
But now I'm wondering, are there better options than leaving it with them. Could the money be better served elsewhere, or is it too much malarkey?
I'm totally, did I mention this before, crap when it comes to money and have no patience for paperwork, so feel inclined to leave the £10,000 and just take the two smaller amounts as cash.
How I ended up with three pensions will be revealed when I phone them next week.
And I think I may have another from a previous employer. So I'll be phoning them too.
Does anyone have some ideas that might be simple enough for a simpleton?

Can't find our company on the current Gov pension search website. And the "dasboard" isn't even up, even though they are now thinking about scrapping it! :rolleyes:NEITHER THE BANKS NOR MICROSOFT ARE ON YOUR SIDE!!

Thanx Xylo, I have no idea what those pension types are. The Gov pension tracing service that I just tried doesn't even recognize our company name even though we've been incorporated since 1997. Doh!NEITHER THE BANKS NOR MICROSOFT ARE ON YOUR SIDE!!

Would be nice, but I can't find anywhere taking appointments locally. 27 miles from Exeter is the best I can see. I might have to go for it in the end though.NEITHER THE BANKS NOR MICROSOFT ARE ON YOUR SIDE!!
