capital one credit card

hello,i have had a capital one credit card for over five years and i am at my limit of 3000 pounds,i cannot make the payments now ,my circumstances have changed and i am now on benefits,dont know what to do.

    I assume you dont have payment insurance?

    Best thing to do is contact them and explain rather than just not pay. They might accept lower payments for now.
