Seller trying to scam me with the returns label or is this normal?

Hi everyone,
Would be happy if I could get some advice on this situation:
I've opened a returns case and got a MyHermes returns label from the seller, but the label has the delivery address AND return to address that is only a couple of streets from each other. As in, MY address is not listed as the returns address on the item I have to post with the prepaid label, so it seems that both the delivery and return addresses on the label belong to the seller. Could this be a way to try and scam me? As in, I return the item, seller refuses the delivery, and it gets returned to the other address that belongs to the seller instead?
(I bought an item from the seller that was listed as perfection condition and when I received the item it was broken and unusable. Seller insists it was in perfect condition when it was sent but when I inspected the listing photos closer I could see that in fact the item was already damaged before it was sent, when I knew what to look for in the pictures. So seller seemed dishonest from the start. Seller also refused to pay returns shipping so I had to open a case to get a returns label after polite messages to work things out failed. So I'm already feeling that this seller is a bit of a troublemaker.)
If anybody could shed any light on this, please help! Thanks!

No it isn't a way to scam you. My labels (be it RM or Hermes) have my address on as both sender and addressee. Nothing to stop you adding your own to the label or on the package.0
