Plevin claim

Hi everyone, just after advice re a Plevin claim i have submitted against Lloyds.
They have sent a letter acknowledging my claim & stated they would be in touch potentially via a phone call.
The advice i am after is regarding what i should or should not say should the bank call.
My claim is from a PPI policy covering my mortgage from before & after 2008. I did have a payment during this time due to an accident & therefore did not make a standard PPI claim but now understand i can claim now due to the Plevin case. My claim was submitted using the MSE tool so any pointers wohld be appreciated.... thx

Plevin only applies to rejected PPI mis-selling complaints, as fas I'm aware. You have to make a 'standard PPI claim' first.0
