Fridge freezer insurance

Hi looking for a little help, basically my fridge freezer packed in last week paid 199 pounds up front with insurance for a company to come in and fix it, which they did, think it cost a lot more as compressor had packed in, been messaged to call them urgently as I think they'll either want more money or another 175 pound excess, I paid with debit card, can they just go in and take more money out my account

I will on Monday quentin, what happens if I refuse to pay it as I was led to believe that's all I would have to pay

If you dispute a bill the creditor ultimately can take legal action to get a court order against you.

If it gets that far a judge would have to decide whether or not you did owe the money

But no good fretting about this till you know what they want to discuss with you

Has the payment you made gone through ok?

Maybe some issue over that??

I paid 199 pounds up front which I thought was to cover it and took insurance for a year 8.50 a month, but have a feeling they'll want more as it was more expensive to be fixed, but they should have told me that and I wouldn't have agreed to it
