If users on this forum don't understand, what hope is there for the common person?

Do any of these open banking apps allow you to get:
- INSTANT Low balance notifications on any account
- INSTANT incoming payment transaction notifications on any account
- Auto transfer and top up current accounts from savings accounts when balances reach certain limits.


I'm basically looking for a smart app to handle multiple accounts. Other than just viewing balances.

My lloyds account has stops low balance notifications, and even when they had it, the text would come through really late.
