T-Mobile still appearing on my Credit Report

Hi,

I left T-Mobile some 3 years ago for an alternative mobile provider.

My account was up to date, never behind with payments but the account was closed. I notice that my Credit Report is showing that they are still showing an up to date account in good order whereas surely this should be showing as 'Satisfied'? Each monthly entry is positive but I want to have this company deleted from my Credit Report as a current creditor.

Contacting T-Mobile is fruitless, there is never the correct person to answer my query, I never receive call backs from 'managers' and I do not now know what to do.

Any ideas please?

Thanks.

I have the same with vodafone. I contacted customer services and they told me they'll sort it. But I know the credit reference agencies are slow by a couple of months. So I will have to wait until I find out whether they have done it for me or not.
