If anyone needed
Tier Calculation (please correct me if I am wrong):
T2-
(Pensionable salary / 70) * (service years + 1/3 of age difference up to 55 years)
Let's say, I am 28 with 6 years service and salary £30000. I have to divide this salary by 70. Then calculate 1/3 of 55-28.
Full calculation as follows: (30000/70) * (6+9)
Total Tier 2 pension would be £6428
T3-
Same as T2, instead of 1/3, we just have to use 1/2 of the age difference.
