Housing Hand as a guarantor

Has any landlord here had Housing Hands as a tenant's guarantor and if so what was their experiences with them if there were any issues with the tenants?
I have a self-employed prospective tenant who has a company called Housing Hand as their guarantor for 12 month I think and they supposedly cover any missing rents, damage to property and court costs. Has Housing Hand lived up their obligations? And what happens after the twelve months are up and the tenant wants to renew?
The company's literature, website and reviews seem genuine and it appears they they work with Universities. Nonetheless I would be very grateful for thoughts or experiences other landlords here may have on the company.
Thanks!
