Valspar Paint Peeling Off

I've just finished painting around a very large mirror in our downstairs loo using a Valspar tester pot (there's not much wall left to paint so thought this would be ok). The original paint was white matt and the house was new 3 years ago so it's not a problem with the plaster.
I'd used Frog tape to mask off the wall, ceiling and round the mirror. It said to remove the tape before the paint was completely dry so I did. Unfortunately, the paint has peeled off in places! !!!128557;
I've seen reviews online complaining about this paint doing the same thing which makes me think that it's not due to it being a tester mix.
Does anyone else have experience of this happening and do I have to remove the rest of that paint before I repaint it (preferably not with Valspar)?
We've bought a full 2.5l tub (in a different colour) for our hall and I'm now not sure I want to try it out!

If it were me I would never have used tape. I would have cut in with a brush then rolled the walls. To me you have over complicated the job and made problems where none should ever have existed.0

I used tape around the mirror to avoid painting the back of it. There was no way possible to use a roller as the mirror takes up the majority of the wall, leaving a 2 inch area of wall around it, which is why I used the brush.0

Its not Valspar Paint that is the issue. Virtually all emulsions will peel if masked.
This is why pro's don't use masking tape.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
Thanks. I've never using masking tape before and only used it this time due to the mirror. Seriously regretting it now!0
