Does anyone know if the law has changed regarding mobile speed vans? I thought it had to be visible.
My son was caught out with one hiding behind a bank of trees on a road he mistakenly thought was 40.

there has never been a bar to prosecution due to visibility. Not ever. In North Wales they have been known to disguise them as horse boxes.
Do the crime, get caught, pay the fine.0 -
