Central Heating Cover =£53.00 per month

Yes, that's the next year's cost of covering our CH system. Where can I get a better deal?

Put £53 per month into a bank account and use it to pay local trusted company for any repairs

If you go down the monthly cover route, new customers usually get a good deal to entice you in for the first year and remember the cashback sites. BG, Homeserve, SSE, etc usually have cashback.

Good suggestion. Same local SNIPEF registered gas safe plumber has been recommended by friends so that’s the way I’ll go.
    Thanks for the replies all.

Just before we got a new boiler due to building works we were going to sign up for a maintenance deal with admiral at £10 a month. There are other companies who do this for much cheaper than the big companies. We got this deal as we were with admiral for our car insurance so it worth a try.
