Pcp & HP what to do with both need advice pls

But luckily they’re both under vwfs so they maybe able to work something out.
I can't see them doing anything that would assist you, I'm afraid. The only suggestions are the ones above. Taking both in and trying to trade them both seems like a whole world of pain to me. You would be rolling a lot of debt into a new deal, and I can't see there being enough equity involved for them to agree to roll all that into one car purchase.0 -
I would strongly advise against rolling negative equity into a new deal....
As above, what is the settlement on the two cars, and what are there current values?
I would need far more information to give you any informed advice. What was the price of the cars, how long are the agreements, how much did you put down upfront, what are the APRs, what is the GFV of the PCP car, etc etc...0 -
Picking back up on an old topic here,
I sold The HP about 6 months ago and settle the agreement.
I still have the PCP one which I am now onto the last 12 months of the 48month deal.
I can't find the figures/paper work for the payable amount.
How can I find out/work out if I'm at VT position?
Car total was £33k
Deposit was around £3332.90
36 x £400 paid so far0 -

Ask the finance company for a copy of the finance agreement. That will give you the actual figures. Or phone and ask for the trigger point over the phone. You can also make a lump sum payment to them to take it to the 50% point at any time.0 -
Is it 50% VT the total vehicle purchase price or 50% of the 4 year payable value plus the fees and interest etc?0
