Disneyland paris trip advice?

Hi guys,
Has anyone got any advice on how to book Disneyland Paris on the cheap. Me and my partner would quite like to stay in a disney hotel but i'm guessing you can't have your cake and eat in too in situations like this.
Looking to go for 3 nights in November/December time.
I've found easyjet flights return for £160 return from Luton (I live right near Luton airport).
The disney shuttle at the other end from airport to hotel and vice versa for £80 return
Disney 3 day park tickets for £298
Now it's just a case of finding a hotel really using the normal comparison sites.
Anybody got any better advice?
Thanks
Andrew

Last time we went we stayed at nearby Magny Le Hongre. There was a free bus to and from the park.0

There is an on-going DLP thread

I should start at the end and work your way back to get up to date info.0 -
My advice is to not go in Nov/Dec. Unless you like standing about in freezing weather/rain/wind. We went for the first time in Nov and i have never been as cold as i was then. If you do decide to go, we stayed at The Magic Circus Hotel, lovely hotel, very warm after a freezing day out !
Alternatively, save your money and go to Florida, Paris doesn't compare to Florida at all, although if you are taking small children, they won't care where they see Mickey and his friends !0
