Hi, sorry if this is a repeat question, I had a look but there is so much in here.....I have filled in and returned an agencies paperwork for investigating if I have a claim for ppi, if it should come back as positive, am I then committed to using that agency or can I proceed and do it all myself? thanks

Depends on what you signed.
If you've already agreed to give them half of your money in return for a stamp, then you're committed.0 -
In all honesty, I don't know exactly what I signed for...,dumb eh!0
