Letter from Cabot re: Lloyds TSB credit card

In your first post you state :
"I had a Lloyd's TSB credit card sometime when I was a student in 2003-2005 and never paid it off."
so this could be that account, if it proves to be so, it would be statute barred by now, and that would be your response to them next.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Just to be clear, that was only a possibility that I stated, I don't remember ever having a credit card before my first one 4-5 years ago.sourcrates wrote: »In your first post you state :

The proveit should give you when it was opened etc and allow you to then consider your next step, they cannot go further until the complaint is resolved (even if stalemate). If you don't remember having one before then it is crucial to find out when opened and what address. The proveit could come back with a reconstituted agreement (no actual signature) which proves that someone with that name opened the account, doesn't mean they have the right someone.0 -
They replied after ages, dropping the claim.
Thanks for all your help!0
