My 38 year old son has gone off dancing and singing to the bank with his cheque for £805. He was very sceptical that he had any claim but I insisted on doing a claim via the Money Saving Forum, because, well, I like saving money. I used the link and it was so easy. We only required the name of the bank a very rough date and the name of his employer at the time.
He is very surprised and grateful so I'd say to anyone hesitating. Just do it. You don't need the Claims agents who take commission. It's your money.
