Hello,
I have recently moved out of a property managed by philip james. They have sent me their final inventory with the deductions they are taking from my deposit. While some i do agree with most of them i feel are totally unreasonable. I have tried to dispute with them but they have said it is final. I refuse to accept this. I have had nothing but trouble with philip james and how they have treated me. I am just wondering what i can do next. Is their any higher agency or department i can go to and complain? I am happy to do whatever it takes.
any advice welcome
Thank you.
