How can I find an address for a website that has not delivered?

Options
I ordered a top from a website called Robertbarrows.co.uk (looked like a UK site to me) on 30.05.18. I have not received the top and the order still says 'pending' when I log in.

There is an email form to contact them which I have, 5 times.

I cannot however, find an address or contact tel number anywhere. I have looked on the Whois website to find out who owns the domain name but it will not tell me.

Can anyone tell me any other way of finding out who owns the site and how I can contact them? It is possibly in germany but I'm not sure. Citizens advice were no help either.
Thanks

looks like a dodgy chinese site to me., a site to be avoided

doubt you will ever see anything and even if you did it would be sub standard quality.

get in touch with your card company assuming you paid by card and tell them you havent received anything and you want to apply for a chargeback

I can't see anything on that site that would suggest it is a genuine seller, or at least not a genuine U.K. seller.

It looks like they only accept payment by card, if that's how you paid contact your card issuer to start a s75 claim or chargeback depending on type of card used and value of item.

This is why you should check for an address (preferably in the UK) before placing an order, rather than finding out too late that your money has disappeared into a black hole.

To be fair to CACH, its not their job to find the traders address for you.

    That is one nasty site!

No physical address, no geographical landline, no who.is, webform contact only etc etc.

Your only option will be a chargeback on the card you used. The call centre agent will often be primed to deter chargebacks so ask politely 3 times and then ask to escalate to a formal complaint.
