Will this be an MOT failure?

Heard a crash and when I went outside some **** had just done this and cleared off. I notice that the sill has been shoved in, but not holed in any way, and door still works fine. Wondering if the sill damage will cause it to fail the MOT due in Sept? It's an 05, so not worth repairing, just wondering whether I need to start looking for a new car?

Whilst it doesn't look pretty it should still pass. No splits, no sharp edges.

Some good news at least, thanks. I think they must have been drunk/drugged or on the phone as the road is dead straight. I'll be having a good scout around the local area tonight to see if I can find the culprit.0
