Indigo PCN - driver named

Thanks for the replies.
I have not complained yet as I thought I would wait until after the 6 months then I can present the whole saga, as suggested by Coupon-m...
Apologies for the "acting" on behalf of, it is of course Indigo.0 -
Excuse the slight hijack...
Regarding any significance to the driver being named.
Can anyone summarise for me how that differs vs the Keeper angle (unidentified driver)?
Not sure if there may be any significance to the ‘Neme’ (Driver) arising from the Indigo web appeal page vs implied through a letter (indeed whether the letter gets sent as a result of the Windscreen notices vs the NtK)
Thx0 -
I don't understand the question, but Indigo railway cases are all the same, and could even be safely ignored for the entire 6 months till they time out.
Makes no odds of they know who was driving, or not, because Indigo only have a contract with the TOC (Govia?) to issue 'PRE-ACTION' letters.
...for that, read 'no action' letters!! It means they can't sue in ANY court.
Indigo/railway PCNs are also fully covered in the NEWBIES thread in a link specifically in the Q&A about Indigo. No more to be said!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just want to say that the 6 month point has now passed since the Penalty Notice was issued. I have not heard from anyone for some time now. So I am assuming that they have given up.
Many thanks to all who took the time to provide advice.0 -
More like - many thanks to you for coming back after 6 months and letting us know how it progressed.
I guess if they come harassing you again then ask them to delete your data:
