Awful company wish we never used them, we had new windows, conservatory and doors throughout. Fitted Feb 2017. They've been back and rectified a few things last summer. Then Oct last yr couldn't open or close the sliding conservatory door, the roof leaked and also gaps between sides and roof. Letterbox and handle is all bubbled.. Beading around front door comes off. Back door shuts but doesn't seal all the way round, utility room has plastic panels they have all cracked, and the window doesnt shut and bedroom window sills and edging strips all falling off.. called them back Oct 2017 but they couldnt get out to us to fix untill Feb 2018.. We thought to fix. But no it was to assess.. We needed a whole new end to the conservatory as it had bowed, new panels in utility, dors readjusting, among other things.
Eventually had engineer booked for yesterday 18/07/2018 after numerous calls emails.. Ridiculous trying to get hold of them.. Then they don't turn up..
Apparently we didn't have an appt. Today. !!!128545; No. One knows what's going on. Awaiting a call back. Such a bad move using them. Any ideas on what we can do if anything.. whats the point in having a 10year guarantee when they never come out to fix anything..
