UKPC harrasment

Hi all, this has been going on for over a year now. if someone can help me out I will be eternally grateful Ticket 1 issued by UKPC- went to court won as judge found there was no contract
Ticket 2 issued to my dad wrote to UKPC with info re ticket 1 and never heard back from them
Ticket 3 issued to me- went online started defending claim. Bit of a mess up had a default judgement made against me. Appealed this default judgement set aside (last week) again quoting no contract and quoting Ticket 1 details
Ticket 4- issued to my dad went online did everything but defence was rejected. Didn’t realise until dad got bailiff letter in the post on Monday.
Ticket 5 issued against me- NO correspondence re this whatsoever. Default judgment made against me only received in post this morning.
Both my dad and I parked in the same carpark.
How do I stop UKPC harassing me and my family? This is beyond a joke now. My dad is 80 years old and I can’t spend all my time defending myself against these con artist.

is this a tenancy agreement or a leased space or owned by a family member ?
is this in england or wales , or elsewhere in the UK ?
if its a lease etc, then what does the lease say about parking ? (or is it silent on the matter ?)
read up on Davey vs UKPC where he won an injunction but it was his parking space

Normally you would get a whole heap of mail before you get court papers. Are you not getting anything at all?0

You will have to get this one set aside too, and prepare a draft order for your £255 back, and consider counter-claiming for your tangible losses (fees paid for the set asides) plus distress caused under the Protection from Harassment Act.
Or, get an injunction against them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Really struggled to log back on
1) not our land. Was a carpark behind a family business we owned
2) in England
3) dcbl - certifies Baillifs and High Court Enforcement letter for the amount of £791.02 (notice of debt recovery)
3) I didn’t get my £255 back. Or the order at least didn’t state I got it back (I did request it)
4) since my own default judgement I have been extra vigilant with the post but I diid not recieve anything re the last default judgement.0 -
have you checked with DVLA to make sure that the car is registered at the address you live at?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Have you seen this?

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
