Hi could anyone point me in the right direction. My husband Bought me a handbag in February for our anniversary in march and I've since used it for best on about 5 occasions and it's now basically falling to pieces. I've emailed the company and they've said they won't do anything as we have no reciept we do have a record of purchase from my husband's bank account. I looked on citizens advice and they say that a bank statement is fine but the company is not budging. Where do I go from here the resolver app doesn't have the company listed and I looked at trading standards and it keeps talking about local businesses but I didn't buy locally. Any help greatfully received thank you
