Why does it matter. Just give them your proof of NCB that they've requested.0

Life's rarely that easy ! They probably trade as totally different companies, even with different systems - daft as it sounds, it's probably easier to send it in.0

Not that easy my current provider won't provide that until my current policy expires on 4th August and they won't provide ncb proof until that date my new insurer wants proof within 14 days0

Your renewal quote should show your NCD?0

Well, that means you don't have the NCD until 4th August. Not that easy my current provider won't provide that until my current policy expires on 4th August and they won't provide ncb proof until that date my new insurer wants proof within 14 days
If your new policy depends on the NCD you'll have to think again.0 -
Have you declare NCB before you!!!8217;ve finished accruing it?0

I would imagine that it is 14 days from the commencement of the policy so I wouldn't be that concerned, I assume your new policy will start on the Aug 4.Not that easy my current provider won't provide that until my current policy expires on 4th August and they won't provide ncb proof until that date my new insurer wants proof within 14 days
Why not just phone them to confirm.0 -
I've always had the NCD stated on the renewal letter or email for the policy and that's what I've sent to my new insurers. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
