    Ah, sorry but I forgot where I'd posted!!! Should be expecting the money in January when the sale of his father's house completes. Then will start things off yes. Going with cash isa for definite- I already have one though but can start another in April I believe so thats £6k of it. The rest probably in the best high rate account we can find & drip feed into Isa from there if poss.
    Mortgage Balance May 25- £9975. Planning to be paid off by Dec 25🎄

    Cash ISA allowance goes up to £3600 from April 2008 so that will give you £7200 between you.
